The Dashboard’s most important role is to inform quickly and get you to where you’re headed in the admin. In interviewing users, we found that most of you ignore the Dashboard entirely — its useful information being mostly hidden in an overly complex design. The new Dashboard is focused on the most relevant tasks at hand: a quick summary of what’s published and scheduled for publication, the latest comments and incoming links, blog stats, and WordPress updates and news. You can add your own RSS feeds and edit the way information is presented so that the new Dashboard conforms to the way you use WordPress.
Dashboard Widgets — the dashboard home page is now a series of widgets, including ones to show you fun stats about your posting, latest comments, people linking to you, new and popular plugins, and of course WordPress news. You can customize any of the dashboard widgets to show, for example, news from your local paper instead of WP news. Plugins can also hook in, for example the WordPress.com stats widget adds a handy double-wide stats box.
Navigation
The WordPress navigation has confounded even sophisticated users. With the new design, we’ve cut the number of navigation options in half, separating the primary functions (writing, managing posts and pages, editing the blog’s design, and managing comments) from secondary functions. This presents information at a more comfortable pace, revealing only the information that’s necessary. Everything you need is still there — just better organized. (Especially for people new to WP.)
Write
By far, the most frequently accessed part of WordPress is the Write screen. It gets the job done, but its myriad options can be overwhelming. The new write screen only displays the information that you’ll use most often. It displays the most common fields in a way that makes posting incredibly easy. Additional options are hidden away until you need them. The new Write screen anticipates the natural flow of the way you write, and is smart enough to remember the way you left it so that your preferred writing environment is always quickly available. The new visual editor even has a handy full-screen mode to help block out distractions while composing your newest post. (My personal favorite new feature.)
Maafushi (Dhivehi: ??????) is one of the inhabited islands of Kaafu Atoll. It was heavily damaged in the 2004 tsunami which impacted on over 100,000 of the Maldives 300,000 population. The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, supported by the Irish and American Red Cross Socieites, began work on a mains sewage system on August 10, 2006. The International Federation has also funded the building of homes for those who lost theirs during the tsunami. Both schemes are carried out in partnership with commercial contractors and with the support and involvement of the local community.
Maafushi Prison is located on this island.

I know the pic seems a bit over exposed. the sky.. but its underexposed for the shadow’s. The hardest thing in photography is to balance the light yeh?.. or is it something else? Sometimes too many things on your way. When capturing the moment. Too little time or too little space..
Intel builds the first microprocessor, the 108 KHz 4004, using 2300 transistors and could address 640 bytes. That was a fresh start in 1971. In 1984 the Macintosh unveiled with 8 MHz processor, 128 kb RAM and a built-in BW screen is considered the first easy-to-use PC.
Apple iMac – Started everything
“We’ve been testing this new iMac, and our verdict is that it’s the gold standard of desktop PCs. To put it simply: No desktop offered by Dell or Hewlett-Packard or Sony or Gateway can match the new iMac G5’s combination of power, elegance, simplicity, ease of use, built-in software, stability and security.” said Walt Mossberg on All Thing Digital. The all-new, all-in-one iMac packs a complete, high-performance computer into a beautifully thin design. Available in 20- and 24-inch widescreen models, it includes built-in wireless, Mac OS X, and the new iLife ’08. So within minutes of opening the box, you’ll be doing everything from sharing photos to creating movies to building websites. And it starts at just $1199.
VAIO VGC-LS37E with it’s Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 processor at 2.0 GHz, super-fast 667 MHz front-side bus (FSB), enormous 4 MB L2 cache, huge 320 GB Serial ATA (SATA) hard drive (7200 RPM), 2×1GB DDR II at 667MHz, 19-inch LCD panel has an amazing 1680 x 1050-pixel resolution and an Nvidia GeForce Go 7400 graphics card simply is equal and in most cases better than any iMac in it’s price range. Sony has made great job with this model and it’s price is excellent balance between things it offer, quality and design of the product.
The IQ770 is built around a mobile 1.6GHz dual core AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-52 processor, and as such has AMD’s LIVE! Media Center enhancements. Those LIVE! enhancements (like those of Intel’s Viiv) still aren’t fully realized yet, but at least they are there. The 2GB of DDR2 RAM and 320GB of hard drive space give you a lot of space to play with, which a big plus now that the system is running the Microsoft Windows Vista Premium OS.(There’s also slot for the new Pocket Media Bay drive, which is notebook-sized and increases the IQ770′s storage in 80GB and 160GB increments.) Speaking of Vista Premium, the IQ770 runs the new Media Center Interface with the new HP SmartCenter front page. Using SmartCenter on the touchscreen gives the IQ770 a kiosk feel, enhancing the interactive computer experience.
Gateway has unveiled its latest all-in-one desktop PC, dubbed simply the One. Sitting somewhere between an Apple iMac and Sony’s Vaio LT series in terms of looks, the slimline 19in machine also sports a unique power-brick-cum-port-replicator.
The low-end and mid-range models both have a 1.5GHz Core 2 Duo and sport 2GB of memory. Gateway’s most basic One will have a 320GB hard drive and incorporates an Intel X3100 graphics engine, while the mid-range model has a 400GB hard drive and an AMD ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600 XT graphics chip with 256MB of video RAM. Gateway’s top-end One runs at 2GHz, has 3GB of memory, incorporates a 500GB capacity hard drive. It too has Mobility Radeon HD 2600 graphics.
All three have room to add a second HDD for up to 2TB of storage capacity.

Technical and features information is not revealed yet. Follow the links below to read about it.
In computer graphics and photography, high dynamic range imaging (HDRI) is a set of techniques that allows a far greater dynamic range of exposures. HDRI was originally developed for use with purely computer-generated images. Later, methods were developed to produce a high dynamic range image from a set of photographs taken with a range of exposures. With the rising popularity of digital cameras and easy to use desktop software, the term “HDR” is now popularly used to refer to the process of tone mapping together with bracketed exposures of normal digital images, giving the end result a high, often exaggerated dynamic range. ( Wikipedia )
“In contrast, our eyes, have an ability to see an astounding range of lights and darks. And that’s where so many casual photographers go wrong. When they trip the shutter, they expect to get back what their eye saw. Problem is there eye is usually seeing much, much more in the way of dynamic range than their cameras can record.” ( .. HDR Photos by Me. I don’t get much time to experiment photography. Just have to be busy at what i do. But had sometime to create some of these.
HDR Food Photography.
Its sometimes interesting when you change the subject. Suppose for an object then a scenery. Objects that you can play with. Move the way you want. Heidi Swanson on 101cookbook shared her views on HDR Food Photography. She have already got a group called “HDR Food Photography” on Flickr.com for those who want to share their HDR Food photographies.
Creating your worst hdr is sometimes a hard work. May be you play with the saturation too much. Here are few i have seen fits the exact same thing which i am thinking out here. There is also a group on Flickr to submit your worst HDR’s.
The day i present my blog. I would like to call it “Life Blog”. Chose the name not only nokia uses it. So its “Life Blog” hosted proudly on wordpress on this very own domain. Ofcause this is not my first blog. I have been on blogger, Flickr (as a photo blogger) and on VOX which i update from my Nokia N95.
Living on a creative world isn’t easy. Each and everyday i pass gives me tonns of ideas to keep or work on to. Everything i look at, gives me a lot of new ways to think about them. Things we can do to make them better. From Photography to websites. Yeah still living on a creative world isn’t easy. Lets think that collecting idea’s is not the hard part. But to store, keep them on their real state is the tough part.
Living a life with having myself deep inside the machine world gives me enough reasons and ease to store the ideas i generate everyday. Lets start mapping. I use different stoftwares for the uses. Things i use are Mind Manager 7 for Windows. On web its Mind Meister ( from the creators of Skype). Haven’t found a good one for mobiles yet. I will publish posts about these softwares later.
Keep this short, but not so long! Lets say that this blog will help me to share and reveal some of the great things i have worked on and things which i am upto.
Hey, thanks for visiting and will try my best to update this via desktop, web & mobile.
